Welcome to Everything Flows Health & Wellness. This virtual studio is a space to explore your yoga practice, any level and ability, and begin to gain tools and insight into healthy living inside and out. Begin to experience how your body responds when you create balance within; body, mind and soul.

*all classes are introduced with modifications for multiple levels. My background training includes working with individuals with limitations and trauma and I invite you to reach out to me if you want to discuss your journey on the mat to best meet your needs.
